Child care is available. Thursdays 1:00-3:00 PM Willow FASD Plus Parent Support Group Discuss parenting issues. Meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday 6-8 PM at Family Gateway. Child care is available. Facilitated by Chris Margetson, who has special expertise in parenting children with fetal alcohol syndrome disorder. Community Cooks Share your cooking expertise or learn new skills! All are required to become certified in food safety and handling. If you are interested, speak with the Peer Parent Program Coordinator at Family Gateway. Sewing Group Spend Monday morning or afternoon at Onward Willow Centre learning new sewing skills. Childcare is available for the morning group. Registration required. Mondays 10:00 AM-12:00 and 1:00-3:00 PM. Spirits in the Wind This is a women’s group facilitated by Women in Crisis. Different art projects are used each week to explore feelings and emotions. Located at Family Gateway. Childcare available. Friday 9:30-11:30. Child Care Training This course is designed to train you to work in our children’s program as relief child care providers for Onward Willow programs. If interested, speak with the Child care Coordinator at Family Gateway located at the Shelldale Centre. Karate Adults and children are welcome to join the karate for all ages at the Shelldale Centre. No registration or fee required! Wednesdays 6:00-9:00 PM and Saturdays 12:00-5:00 PM. Current Program Schedule
